Dear Lake Balboa College Preparatory Magnet K-12 Families,

 

My name is Sara Fitzwater (formerly Sara Asghari) and I am the Psychiatric Social Worker at Lake Balboa. I started with the district and Lake Balboa College Prep in 2019. I love this school and helping to support the students, families, and staff. I provide social emotional support for students and families, as well as support with any other hardships that families may be facing. I also provide classroom, staff, and parent education on various mental health and social emotional topics.

 

I received my undergraduate degree at UC Riverside in Psychology and received my masters degree from CSU Long Beach in Social Work.
