Sports Athletic Participation Packet

All documents for Fall sports must be uploaded to the Schoology Class by July 28.

Anybody interested in playing Girls Volleyball must bring their paperwork to The Athletic Director's office before school ends June 12 OR to our first off season voluntary workout, Thursday, June 20, 2024 at the Mulholland Middle School Gym.

The physical and emergency card MUST be uploaded AND the original copy brought in as well. Please keep a copy of your physical and emergency card prior to bringing it in.
