Mrs. Shindel, Kindergarten

Hello! My name is Nadine Shindel. I am the Kindergarten teacher at Lake Balboa College Preparatory Magnet. I have taught for over 25 years. I have had most of my teaching experience with TK through Third grade. I enjoy having a classroom of curious and engaged students who love to learn and have fun!

I have a B.A. in Deaf Studies with focuses on teaching, Speech and Language, Audiometry, and Linguistics.  I have a Child Development Certificate, a Multiple Subject Teaching Credential for K-12 and a Mild/Moderate Disabilities Credential  for K-12.  I have taught students at every grade level with Gifted and Talented Abilities, Mild Disabilities, English Language Learners, and “Typical” abilities.
